During this course you will discover and practice Mikao Usui's original teachings, which were never transmitted to the West. You will also learn additional techniques practised by the Gakkai. (Mikao Usui's Reiki Association in Japan.) Origins of this Information

Usui sensei's
methods eliminate the complications and clutter that have, over the years crept into Western Reiki.
The
basis of Usui's Reiki is daily energy exercises, self-treatment meditations,
spiritual empowerments, the use of intuition when treating others, and the use
of sacred Shinto mantras. Anyone can learn these. During the course you will:

Receive 'Reiju'
empowerment, (Usui Sensei's original connection ritual, very different from
Western Attunements.)
*
Develop enhanced intuitive abilities so your hands are drawn like magnets to
areas of need.
*
Experience the Reiki Kotodama (sacred sounds) learn how they are useful for
self-development and treating others.
*
Direct Reiki using your eyes and your breath.
* Practice
Usui's self-treatment methods.
*
Learn Usui's treatment method.
*
Experiment with Usui's approach to distant healing.
* Discover Usui's use of crystals.
Masters
will be taught how to perform 'Reiju' -spiritual empowerments that form an integral part of Japanese
Reiki training. Reiju connects you to Reiki without using symbols, and you will
learn how Reiju can be used at all levels, and how to empower yourself.
Masters will also learn another Reiki Kotodama. Reiju is simply amazing!
You
will be issued with comprehensive
manuals
dealing with everything taught on the course and more - and you will benefit from free ongoing advice,
support, and free occasional updates.

I highly recommend Taggart King's Reiki Meditation audio CD's containing four guided meditations, talking you through Hatsu Rei Ho (energy exercises) the Usui self-treatment meditation, a symbol meditation and a distant healing session. So instead of fumbling around trying to read the instructions in your manual while trying to keep in the flow of it, you can simply flip on the CD close your eyes and follow the instructions. Your meditations will flow all the more easily because of this, and you'll learn how to do them without having to try too hard! I usually carry a supply of these CD's for students. |

Courses are scheduled in Somerset and according to demand. Groups will be organised to ensure you receive maximum individual attention, so please book early. Please refer to the Course Dates page for further information and if you would like to attend then please book and send your deposit now.
Alternatively you may wish to arrange "bespoke" courses, where we travel to you, wherever you are in the UK. You will need to arrange a group of people for us to teach (minimum of 8 people paying full price) and as course organiser, you can attend free of charge. It would be great if we could stay overnight with you, otherwise hopefully you can recommend somewhere local to stay. Course organisers are responsible for securing deposits from attendees at time of booking and one treatment couch for every 2-4 people is required, (we may be able to bring some with us.)
