A holistic journey, embracing mind, body and spirit, taking you from where you are now to where you want to be. Coaching is a holistic and flexible resource, designed to meet your individual needs, working one to one or in groups, it can be accessed in person, via telephone or email. Our first session will involve exploration of your dreams and ambitions, and current resources, enabling us to identify gaps and explore and create the SOULUTIONS that will enable you to live the life of your dreams. As a Spiritual Coach, I utilise the principles of Energy Psychology EFT, EmoTrance, The Law of Attraction, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Transformative Enquiry, and Hypno-Coaching as appropriate to support you in achieving your goals. Further sessions will be agreed and tailored to your needs.

I came to you at a time of crisis really not knowing which way to turn or which way to go.
