Dream-Work

Dreams are the "royal road to the unconscious". Rich in symbolism, dreams are the souls way of communicating with us. Dream-work sessions offer you a safe space, in which you will be guided through a range of creative exercises and techniques to explore your dream and soul connection. Once learnt these techniques can be practised at home.
