An opportunity to explore the mind/body connection. Through visualisation and meditation you will learn to tune into your body’s communication. Learn techniques for self-healing and experience the power of group healing.
Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a simple but powerful form of massage, orginating from ancient Ayurvedic healing. Encompassing work on the upper back, shoulders, neck, face, and scalp, it promotes harmony of body, mind, and spirit. An opportunity to learn this ancient art and skill, providing you with the confidence to give a safe, and enjoyable massage. On completion of the workshop you will be awarded a certificate of attendence.
